I saw the interactive Times' piece with 3000 tiny links to each name of a fallen soldier. Quite a compelling tribute.

Wow. I'm still furious at all the people who started off supporting the war who are now willing to criticize it because it's not fun anymore, but at least it's increasingly possible to criticize.

With many hopes for peace and tolerance and decency this year... happy new year!
